Here is what I did to generate an average of 50 cars per month and over 50 Google reviews within three months of opening my new business:

  1. Market Research—I found competitors within a 10-mile radius and reviewed their websites, prices, reviews, disadvantages, and advantages.
  2. Google Business Profile—Google verified my profile over the phone with a video of street signs, signage, the shop interior, equipment, etc.
  3. Locals I Know Webpage—I created a one-page website with business details, team information, and a price menu to automate sales.
  4. Calendly Scheduling Software—I automated customer booking by embedding a scheduling calendar on my webpage, which sends appointment reminders and reminders for Google reviews.
  5. Google Calendar and App—I linked my scheduling software to Google Calendar to receive notifications and track appointments, patterns, and trends.
  6. Google Ads Account—I created an ad campaign using popular keywords to redirect consumers within a 10-mile radius to my webpage.
  7. Window Tint Work Authorization Form—I protect my business against chargebacks, damages, and claims and educate customers about the process when they sign my document online after booking an appointment.
