High Tech Connect was founded in 2018 by Zac Duffy and Daniella Diaz to bridge the Tampa Bay technology community. Over the last several years, growth and innovation have been top drivers for the Tampa Bay area. Becoming one of the top 10 places to move in the country, Tampa Bay has been coined “The Technology Hub,” which can be attributed to its advanced offerings in the technology space.
Every month High Tech Connect organizes local events called “Tech Fests” to help bridge the gap between candidates in the market, people currently employed in the workplace, and companies driving this innovation by creating an environment where they can connect. During these monthly events, non-profits, startups, and for-profit companies are highlighted to bring value to the community through brand awareness, tech prep, and even resume reviews.
