• In the cancellation case, refunds will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the ticket(s). The organizer will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event.
• The organizer reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
• The organizer may postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or other causes beyond reasonable control.
• Performers are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if any performer, artist, and act other scheduled performance, person, or group is changed or canceled and the event still occurs.
• Outside food or beverage, pets, professional audio and video equipment, weapons, or explosives are prohibited. The ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items.
• Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials, including handbills, flyers, stickers, giveaways, samples, etc.
• The event organizer(s) has the right to refuse vendors based on guidelines established for each event.
• Vendors are required to remain set up for the entirety of the event.
• The sale of firearms, ammo, weapons, drugs, cannabis-related products, and live animals is prohibited.
• Items sold inside booth areas must be in good taste.
• The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, including death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability.
