I must admit that the website's quality and scheduling interface were so good that it made me skeptical of the location. Of all the places I called, he was the only one who answered the phone. There's an online reservation option that also looks easy to use. It was fast, friendly, and professional. He's obviously very experienced and an expert at tinting. Matched our other tint, high-quality finished product with no up-charge sales attempts, just in and out without any unwanted extras. His place is a nice change from strip malls or business parks.
I have tinted every single vehicle I have owned and this was the best experience by far. Really professional, flawless work, and very transparent. I couldn't find a single bubble in the application. The website I used to book was full of incredibly detailed and helpful info.
The process was so quick and simple. I was able to get a next day appointment. The online scheduling is a game changer. I arrived and was able to wait comfortably while my car was being tinted. The tint turned out beautiful, and I appreciated the explanation and documentation of the warranty and how to care for the tint. 5 stars!
